I am sorry to hear about that. I would suggest you to run AVG Clear tool to remove traces of failed installation setup and reinstall AVG TuneUp - Unlimited. Download and run AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces.

Open tool
User Account control - click "Yes"
Windows safe mode - click "No"
Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
Click "Uninstall"
Click "Restart computer".
Reboot your PC manually if the tool does not initiate a reboot.

After restart, please visit this webpage http://www.avg.com/en-us/download to download and install AVG TuneUp - Unlimited.

Does anyone know how to work past error code 0x0643 so I could finish installing AVG Tuneup? I have tried turning off Windows Firewall and removing Mcafee but nothing seems to solve the problem so far. Please help!
