After uninstalling 3 competing programs and turning Windows Defender off, I downloaded the AVG free version and even that would NOT install. I am not going to pay you to do it for me, so I will only try this once more. If that fails, I want a refund for my 2016 subscription, please.

Yes, you have to first uninstall the other third party antivirus program from your PC and then try installing our AVG program.

I have gotten my AVG anti virus program renewed and have tried 4 times to install it using the key. Each time the installation has failed. I have Window 10. Do I need to stop all my security programs first? Do I need to remove my old AVG anti virus program first? This problem has never happened to me before.
