Installation Failed

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
If there is 2016 version installed then you would get some error while trying to install the latest 2017 version as the latest version is completely different from the older version.
I request you to get additional support in fixing it on both of your PC's.
I have sent an email instruction has been sent to get connected with them.
If the email is not found in inbox, do check in spam and junk folders once.

I renewed my AVG subscription a few weeks. I had serious challenges trying to install it. When the installation starts at some point I get the message that the installation failed. I contacted AVG and one of their agents tried walking me through the installation. It didn't work. But 2 days later I realized the installation has been completed. Today I tried installing the new version on my second laptop and I'm having the same problem of failed installation. It's very frustrating. I've been using AVG for over six years and never had this problem. Any help?
