If you haven't run the AVG Clear tool, please run it and try installation using the offline link as mentioned in this websites: https://www.avg.com/download.prd-gsr .
Download the exact bit version of your operating system and proceed with the installation.
During the installation it will ask you to enter AVG my account credentials, please click on "Enter license number" which will be available at the bottom of the same screen.
Enter your purchased license number and complete the installation.
Keep us informed about the status.
