I'm trying to install my AVG Protection Pro on a new windows 10 64 bit computer, and keep repeatedly getting the error message "Installation Failed", error code: 0xC0070643 , Description: Event exec_finished. I have uninstalled the Mcafee software that came on the computer already, and have attempted to uninstall, and reinstall AVG multiple times, to no avail. I see this is something others are running into as well. Please provide me with steps that have been working for your other customers.

William, Did you download & run the McAfee total removal tool… (http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe)?.
