After upgrading to Windows 10, I am unable to re-install AVG Internet Security.  Everything looks good up until the last minute and then I get the following error message:

Description: Specified file was not found.
Error code: 0xE001003D
I have tried the AVG uninstall program, AVG Reset Access,  in-place upgrade of Windows 10, tried another profile,  Nothing seems to make it work.

Has anyone experienced this problem.  I still have another year on my license so I would like to get it working.
