We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Do you have any older version of PC Tuneup installed on your PC? We would request you to run Tuneup remover tool ( http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe ) and then try to install PC Tuneup again. Thank you.
