Thank you. Did not help as it did turn out to be a corrupted PCTuneup. Needed the utility removal tool then no probs. I am happy to tell Clarence that I have been using AVG fo many years without problem. I am sure I could have asked for help installing sooner but I like the challenge of fixing problems myself. Installing on the other 2 computers was EASY. Cheers for another 2 years.
