Installation issue with Ultimate o AVG servers down

Please try download the programs from alternate browser and alternate internet connection.

Hi… I keep getting this message after trying to install a new 1-year licence end of Feb. Ive tried deleting the old s/ware, using your cleaning tool and re-installing from both internet download and from off-line file but nothing works. Can you advise?
