Phone running Windows Phone 8.1. Trying to install AVG Family Safety 8 but it will not install. Get notice that, "This app is not available for your device. Tap here for more info." More info says, "This might be because the app isn't available in your country or region, is was removed from the Store by the publisher, or it's exclusive to a different mobile provider. If your phone software is out of date (Settings> Phone Update>), it's possible that updating will fix the problem."
Updating process says this is the current and most up to date version of Windows Phone.
Is it available and if not, when might it become available?
Is AT&T included in the all mobile provider, per the above mention?
