We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. Could you let us know which version of Windows are you using on the PC you need help to install AVG? Do you use any trial or free version of AVG on that PC? If so, please run AVG remover tool once to remove the traces completely and then try to install AVG.

Hi, I have a brand new copy of AVG 2015 that I purchased a couple of years ago. I purchased two copies of the program from Office Depot. I used one copy immediately, and I had one copy new in the box and unused. Now I would the other license on a completely different computer.
Every time I attempt to install the program on the computer, I get an error message from Microsoft Windows that says, "AVG Installer Application has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". At one point, the computer told me that I had a previous version of the software and that it would install a newer version, but it did not work. I received the same error message. This is a new license that I paid for, and I am unable to use it. Please advise.

We suggest you to download the latest 2016 version of AVG and then try to install it. Thank you.
It's Windows Vista Home Premium, and the remover tool has already been run. The computer is still giving the same error messages, and the software box says that AVG 2015 is compatible with Windows Vista.
