Installation not recognized

I renewed my subscription and downloaded and it still will not work. It keeps saying my trial version has expired and wants me to pay again. I knew there was a reason I didn't want to go with AVG again. This is ridiculous. I don't have time or the patience for this non-sense.

You can use it for your reference. Also, if you wish to remove AVG Secure search from your browser, please remove it from browser extension and from control panel. Hi, I think we got it but might still be having problems with  second computer. Also, how do I eliminate the avg search from coming up? I really don't want that. Thanks
