Why does AVG bother selling discs when they do not download as per their instructions? This is the second product I've gone out and bought a CD for from AVG. The first time they had to download it from AVG and I had to take the product back to Future Shop and convince them to refund me for the disc. Now I've gone to Best Buy, bought the Performance 2015 disc. Again, it does not seem to take hold or download. What am I doing wrong?
