May I know on which operating system you are trying to install AVG TuneUp?
Did you restart your computer once and try installing AVG TuneUp?

i am trying to install avg tuneup on my windows laptop but after downloading the file the setup never runs. what should i do?

i installed it using the offline setup but when i enter the license key it says that it's invalid?
