I have two email addresses. My main computer is a Windows 10 address and has an email address of its own. However, on the same machine, I usually use a Gmail account/address. I have been using the free AVG Basic Protection but today I purchased the AVG Ultimate with my Gmail address. I installed the AVG Ultimate on my main machine but the AVG Zen still says my protection expires in 30 days. Has my purchase taken effect and what should I do to verified that I am really protected by my new purchase? Otherwise what should I do?

We understand your concern and It seems that purchase has went through and you have AVG Ultimate which is valid until 2-15-2018. To install the AVG Ultimate You need to login to AVG My account.
If you have installed the AVG please open it and check if the interface is connected with AVG My account or not. If no, Please click on the 'connect' option and login to AVG My account.
