Hi Klaus , I will help you resolve the issue, please try to uninstall all the AVG Programs from your computer and then use the AVG remover tool. You can download the AVG remover tool from www.AVG.com/tools , download the AVG PC TuneUp and TuneUp Utilities Remover and run it and also download Avg Remover from http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 . After you run the AVG remover try to reinstall the AVG ZEN . Please let us know if you face any issue .
