Hi Jeffrey. AVG PC Tune up seems to be already installed on your PC and you are trying to overwrite it by running the setup again. So that it is asking you if you would like to uninstall the existing one. I would request you to run Tuneup remover tool on your PC to remove AVG PC Tune up completely and install a fresh copy.

The reason why I have posted the same question twice is because my query was not answered the first time and is still unanswered. I was given three links to AVG websites which do not address the problem I am having.
Please address the question I asked otherwise I will seriously consider asking to be deregistered and requesting a refund.
