Installation of tune up

I paid for 2 years, installed AVG put computer tune up.  I entered product key 6 times and get the same message.  cannot install nor activate product.   I think this is a scam for money.  I am cancelling it and will install my own security

Gloria, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
