Hi.
I have subscribed to AVG protection for a couple of years now, but have not been able to install it. I go through the process and am told to reboot, but I can't see any evidence of it running after I restart.
I also noticed that there were two charges on my account for the past two years. thought it was an error, but the second one is for the VPN. That installs correctly.
I'm using Windows 10.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
