Installation problem with PC tuneup

I renew subscription. Have Key. Tried to install message states "this version of PC Tuneup will not run on this PC". First time I've had this happen, and as far as I know it is the same product originally purchased and installed for this Surface Pro.

I see that you have same products twice with different activation methods. You have AVG PC TuneUp & AVG TuneUp - Unlimited,  AVG Internet Security - Unlimited and 2 AVG Anti-Virus. Shall we merge all your products into AVG Ultimate which include both features in a single package?

How do I insert a screen shot of the message?   It just simply says "this app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher. It only shows up when I attempt to upoad the sofware I paid the renewal for.   As far as products, I don't want to add cost to my subscription, so if AVG unlimited cost less I'm ok with that,  if I don't need all the various apps then I will cancel my subscription to those I don't need as you've mentioned.

I purchased the renewal via the AVG notice I received about my subscription expiring from avg.cs@digitalriver.com.   (http://store.digitalriver.com/store)
My operating system is Windows 10 Pro vs 1803
