We are sorry to hear that the installation wasn't successful. Please make sure there are no other security software installed in your PC. We request you to run the AVG remover tool and the Clear tool to remove the traces and install AVG.

Run the AVG clear tool from the link: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe (NOTE: Click NO when the tool prompts for a restart in Safe Mode)
Once the PC is restarted, delete the "AVG Remover" folder from the "C Drive" and proceed with the installation. Feel free to contact us for further help.
