Hi,
I managed to install the program through the “free for 60 days” option
but when I run it, I am asked for my credit card again. As I have payed for it
already (order no. 165501803810) and got an Activation Code, how can I activate it without this procedure?

I followed your instructions and downloaded the Removal Tool.
When I tried to run it (according to the instructions) I got the attached
Error message.
Execution of command 'E:\AVG-Remover\bin\command.bat'failed (error 193:: unknown error c1)
What else can I do?
Maybe I just dispense with the program and cancel the order?

According to the e-mail I received from your remote experts
this option is not possible as I am still satisfied using Windows XP.
Therefore I decided to dispense with the program and cancel the order.
Kindly ask your sales department to do so (order No. 16551803810)
and to refund my payment.
