Try the below offline installer of AVG PC TuneUp and check if you are able to complete the installation.

I have updated my AVG PC Tune Up.  I installed it OK on my office computer.  I am trying to install it on my home computer which is very old.  It is running Windows XP because I have some old programs which will not run on Windows 7.  When I attempt to install the program I get the following message:  "Error Code 0xe0010058".  What do I need to do to get the program to install?
