Installation problem

Once you logged into the safe mode, We would request you  to remove previously installed program traces of (AVG 2015 or AVG 2014)from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Internet Security.
Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs like AVAST, NORTON, McAfee or KASPERSKY  try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled from your system,try to follow the steps which mentioned below.

Hi,
I experienced problems with AVG internet security.
I uninstalled it with the removal tool, but now I can not re-install it.
Tried procedure twice, but everytime same error.
It comes up with the error:

Description: Service %NAME% failed to progress during startup at checpoint %CHECK_POINT% (wait hint %WAIT_HINT% ms) in %WAIT_TIME% ms.
Error code: 0xE0010032
