Installation problems

AVG Performance

On 14th of july 2015 my subscpription of AVG Performance multidevice has been extended (1 year subscription; order code 36-5763907).

After downloading via AVG My ACCOUNT I lately tried to install the progam on my new WIN-10-desktop PC using the file AVG-Performance_803. I always got the following error message:

Fehlercode: 0xC00706

Beschreibung: Event ecex_finished

Trying avg_gse_stb_all_ltst_721 produced the same error-code.

On 19th of october 2015 I discribed and reported the problem to

(web-ticket-number 02348612). On 22th of october2015 I repeated the request (web-ticket-number 02348612).

Until now I never got an answer! (In case of interest I could send the protocol data.)

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced in this case.
I request you to please uninstall AVG Performance completely using AVG Tune up remover tool  from your system and reinstall it.
To uninstall please follow the below steps:
1. Please click on the link http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe to download the AVG Remover tool.
2.Run the downloaded file, and then click Continue. Please note that your computer will be restarted.
3.Wait for the tool to restart your computer.

I twice followed your suggestion to run the romover tool and then to reinstall (this time with AVG_Performance_709.exe).

Unfortunately the installation now stopped with the even longer error-code
                        0cX0070643.

I am looking forward to get some more help!
