I request you to please follow the below steps to resolve your issue.
1.Make sure that no other installation is running on your computer. If you discover another installation is in progress, please wait for it to finish and retry the update later.
2.Press simultaneously Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys on your keyboard.
3.On the next screen, click on Task Manager.
4.In Task Manager, on Processes tab, look for an item called "Windows installer".
5.Left-click the "Windows installer" to select it and then click End task button in bottom right corner of the Task Manager window.
6.A prompt will appear to confirm the action. Click End task again.
7.Then please try to install AVG.

I am running Windows 10, which has given me so many problems thus far. I tried installing AVG and I am getting this error code: 0XC0070652 and the description: Event exec_finished

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE EMAIL ME AND HELP ME BECAUSE IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIX THIS WITHOUT ANY LUCK. MY EMAIL IS: sujeetgupta@hotmail.com

Hi,

Thank you for the email. I have written the error code I am getting in my original message. The version I am trying to download is 2015 and then would ahve upgraded it to the 2016 version. This is getting annoying as to why this problem is occurring. I have been using AVG for the last 10 years and I want this problem resolved!
