I have 2 questions! When I purchased the 2015 AVG Protection it downloaded fine ON MY computer.
However when I tried to load into my wifes computer it flagged me with;" this product has allready been
registered under another account, and would not allow the download. Consequently, my wifes puter has been without protection for the npast 7 mos. WHY?
Secondly, about 2 wks ago I got a flag that that said there was some kind of error and that I should reinstall my AVG. Finally to-day, I uninstalled the AVG and pproceeded to reinstall. Guess what!
When I tried to reinstall I was notified that this product is allready registered under another account.
WHY?
