In the meanwhile, i could get the trial version of AVG Antivirus Business Edition installed…just to check whether my computer will support it or not… but since i have already purchased AVG Inernet security 2015 for 5 computers, spending again for AVG Business edition would be unworthy.
what should my further course of action be? Please help

Hi Pawan,

I've sent you complete license number as it seems that the license is not complete. Please use it for activation of your AVG http://avgclick.me/ActivateLicense.

Please note that the AVG Internet Security is not compatible with Windows Server operating systems.

I recently renewed my license for AVG Internet Security 2015 for 5 computers. Received a new license number that i could install in 2 computers that run Windows 7 - 32 bit and Windows XP - 32 bit. However, when iam trying to install AVG in another computer that runs Windows 7 Ultimate - 64 bit OS, i get a red cross beside the license number box and when i select next, it says "The license number does not allow using of the product on this operating system". It's the new license and i haven't used it on more than 2 computers. Tried chatting with the support guys in India but in spite of 5 working days, they were unable to resolve nor respond atleast. Didn't expect this from AVG as I have trusted AVG for more than 10 years now. Tried all other installation options including 64 bit version, trial version, etc… can anyone from the support team care to respond or resolve this. The issue is i have a new computer which iam unable to use for browsing.

Hi Pawan,
In order to analyze it please provide us with http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.
