and put number 844-234-6038 on lit not the 844-599-4705 number that is on it now.
This would stop slot of your phone calls you are getting , nothing on lit what to do if you get the already activated error going to retail site the second time.

in the box came the installation guide on the back of the guide is the number I gave you is the 24/7 showing a picture of different devices on the bottom is the toll free number 1-844-599-4705 .
on the outter box edges are no other numbers to call , so that is why I called the number above which I called yesterday when I installed the software on one machine and tried too on the other. Now that i read it again , it also says for AVG Premimum Tech support but that does not make since. She said that they have never had this issue before.
Boy I am really confused why you do not know this number I willnow look at the article you sent me. I see the number on the article 844-234-6038 its midnight where I am at. In the late morning I will try to install the software again if it stops me I will call that number

Morning
I figured I would give this one more try, Installed on one computer no issues then I tried to install on another computer web link said my software was "active" would not let me install it. I can not tell you why but on the second on the other computer the steps and screen to me was different.
I called in for help the person I talked to started with what I have heard form other places trying to rip me off telling me I had to spend $79.00 to $199.00 to find out what the issue was or is. I have been taken advantage of or others have tried I am not a believer in what any one says any more.
She said I could have issues no matter who I go to after saying I did not believe her I hung up the phone. Cooled off took a break then latter removed Ultimate from the one computer. I installed Defender scanned for issues or malware Defender found nothing and we are up and running. I ran Microsoft malware tool deep scan it found nothing .
She checked said my software on my other computer was up dated and she said I have a disk issue I ran check disk it found nothing.
Only thing I could come up with that maybe my version had a one devise version but I can not find if there is one from AVG.
I may not know all about computers but the pass year has taught me some things
Now that I have removed Ulimate from the second computer I have not tried that computer again , I did not want to mess up the first one.

did not think to get a screen shot , do not fully understand how to do that . When I went to web site www.avg.com retail and entered actvation code it just said this code was activated. Thought I did some thing wrong tried again same result.
I used Chrome inplace of Edge samething or result. So that is when I called the number on card provided 1-844-599-4505. I explained the first computer acrivated no issues but the second one I had the issue. You know what happed from there no since going over that again.
