Anita, This Community is basically English language… Query translation…
Installation of AVG Zen
Have also on Nov. 8 this program installed. It worked, the program ran.
After rebooting my entire user account is now (protected with password) locked. When I enter the password it says: The application of the service "User Profile Service" has failed. The user profile can not be loaded.
Until now I have not heard from the customer service of AVG.
Can someone help me?
How do I get as an administrator on my account?
A limited user account works fine.

Habe auch am 8. Nov. dieses Programm installiert. Es funktionierte, das Programm lief.
Nach Neustart ist nun mein gesamtes Benutzer-Konto (mit Kennwort geschützt) gesperrt. Wenn ich das Kennwort eingebe heißt es: Die Anmeldung des Dienstes"Benutzerprofildienst" ist fehlgeschlagen. Das Benutzerprofil kann nicht geladen werden.
Bis jetzt habe ich vom Kundendienst der AVG nichts gehört.
Kann mir jemand helfen?
Wie komme ich als Administrator wieder auf mein Konto?
Ein eingeschränktes Benutzerkonto funktioniert einwandfrei.
