Installed and used AVG Tune-up and now my computer won't work

I've had several tech gurus trying to help me to no avail. I cannot find our how to undo the scan and think at this point it might be too late. Beyond frustrating.

Thank you so much for explaining your concern in detail. 

We do have a feature 'Rescue center' in AVG PC TuneUp which allows you to undo certain changes made by AVG TuneUp.

To access the Rescue Center, click the rescue icon on the right side of the AVG TuneUp interface. You can view a list of actions and click Undo next to any action you want to undo. 

Please follow the above steps and check if that fixes the issue.

Therein lies the problem, it can't be restored. I'm guessing I'll just have to buy another computer.

I found this but there is no undo button: Index of C:\ProgramData\AVG\AVG TuneUp\Backups.
When I click on the box it just sends me to a place to save each line.
