Installed AVG Internest Secuirty has disappeared

You appear to have missed the entire point of my request for support. Your reply does not explain why my Internet Security Protection is no longer on my PC, regardless of when I registered for MyAccount. I only registered for MyAccount lastnight so that I could request support because my AVG IS is no longer on my PC. I have looked at MyAccount just now and it still says that I have no subscriptions, and as you have acknowledged I should have a subscription until 03/01/2016. So where is my Internet Security for which I have paid that is no longer proving me with protection?
I have just tried to install again using my original Installation code, to receive the same error code message:
Error code: 0xC0070643
Description: Event exec_finished

In Jan'14 I bought AVG Internet Security 2 year licence for 4 PCs. For some reason my AVG Internet Security has disappeared from my system, not just the PC that we use day in day out , but also from the PC that we have upstairs that gets used far less frequently. I still have the activation code from when I purchased this product, which was a 2 year licence for 4 PCs, with Express Installation for 2 PCs. I have tried to re-install using the code I have, however the installation fails at a point that appears to be quite close to completion, dispaying an Installation failed message Error Code: 0xC0070643 Description: Event Exec_finished.
If I look at AVG MyAccount I can see that I paid for 2 years on 03Jan14, but another screen tells me that I do not have any current AVG subscriptions. Any help as to what has happend to my subscription and AVG protection would be appreciated.
