Hello Graham,
We can certainly take a look into this. Some service providers also block VPN traffic, like Netflix, torrent. This is an issue on provider’s side and we cannot influence it.
However, I request you to change AVG Secure VPN P2P location (open AVG Secure VPN > disconnect > change location > P2P > select a different location nearby you > connect) and check the status.

Thanks Alok. Had done that, no change though. Tried quite a few locations.

I changed from Express VPN, all working fine, to AVG VPN. The program installed, torrents can be added to torrent clients, however there is no download. The only way to start the download is by turning AVG VPN off. The torrent will continue after turning AVG VPN on again, but my IP addess was already previously exposed to initiate the download. There are so many installation issues in this forum, but I haven't found this variation yet. Any help would be very happily accepted.
