Installed Zen and now have some daily used sites BLOCKED!

Hello Phil,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. Could you please confirm whether you have received any blocking popup's from the AVG program? If so please try to temporarily disable the AVG program using the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/TempDisableAVG and check whether it resolves the issue.
Thank you.

Not all AVG folders and files inside the folders will delete, telling me that some are open in another programme or I need administrator permission?? Most of them have gone - I just hope I have all my Tune-up, Security and Antivirus when I eventually download the new version?

I am still awaiting a proper response from AVG; this is unbelievable? I have paid for Zen and from some of the discussions on this space and other sites, it seems many people have had to delete Zen all together because it won't allow access to their usual websites - just like me.
I had to uninstall it to get access to my normal everyday sites but then I am unable to reinstall because AVG are asking for another payment for a year's subscription - I certainly will not be paying again and I shouldn't have been so quick to buy it without doing my research first??
AVG need to give me the way to reinstall Zen, and need to advise how I am able to access my everyday web pages.
I believe it is looking like I have done my money and AVG will not help.
What is the best free Security/ Anti-virus combination; I believe that this will be the easiest way.

Hello, I am hoping that someone is able to assist me with AVG in allow my normal everyday websites to load. I bought a years subscription and installed it, now I have programmes being blocked and some of my websites being blocked - Banking is one!! I also had an issue with the 30 day trial telling me that I must renew and this was for some time after Zen was installed. I wish I did buy it now??
Regards
