Installing a download from groupon

Thank you for choosing AVG. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. If you have the latest version of AVG installed, please follow the steps below to insert license number and activate.
Open AVG Internet Security.
Click on Menu, select About.
On About page, you must see 'About' and 'Subscription' on the left pane menu.
Select "Subscription' and then click on "Enter license number".

I have a Groupon voucher which  i have registered and it had been downloaded 
But I can't get the avg Dropbox to allow me to install it. Any suggestions please.
And it saying I have the latest installed. But I havnt been able to put the liecence number in so I know it's not installed.
