I have disabled all the individual shields/components of your AVG Internet Security as requested in your last email but it makes no difference. When I click the downloaded exe file, the install panel opens and is then immediately lost behind a new window asking if I want to allow this app to make chages - nothing happens when I say yes. I have the option of running it as the Administrator but I am either not allowed or don't know how to do take actions as the Administrator. Ignorance on my part I'm afraid.
