Twice I have purchased from AVG the AVG Tune Up product and have been unable to install them.  First was on December 14, 2014 (order number 67-2876), and the second was on February 2, 2015 (order number 37-4027378).  The message each time I try to download the program is that it cannot be downloaded.  No reason is given.  I don't need this trouble.  Unless I can get the problem resolved promptly, I want refunds for both of these orders.  Please help.  P.S.  please stop with the AVG messages that my tuneup program has expired.
