Installing AVG Antivirus Pro on a Android phone

Follow the below steps to activate AVG AntiVirus on your android device:

Open AVG AntiVirus > Menu > AVG Account > Login with the AVG MyAccount and product will be activated within few moments.

I have a similar issue - purchased Ultimate in order NOT to pay data charges for unwanted adverts on mobile.  Now on 2nd mobile and can't install AVG Pro on either.  Emails to/from Mobile support has gotten me nowhere.  And I now can't even determine what version of AVG has been installed on my phone from Google playstore (which I was advised to do).  
I have only today managed to add mobile as a device onto my account - but what good is that?  Any help would be greatly appreciated or I'll have to resort to a formal complaint for not supplying what I've paid for.

I have AVG Ultimate which allows me to install AVG Antivirus pro on my 2 Android phones. They have AVG Free installed and when I try to upgrade to AVG Pro I get asked for a subscription. Can you please resolve.
