Installing AVG firewall, etc

I started out with the 2014 Antivirus, then upgraded to the AVG Zen, becaiuse I wanted the firewall

Susan, With AVG the firewall only features in AVG Internet Security (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/internet-security) [Scroll Down]. Is that what you're trying to install?.

Several times your support staff and senior support staff have tried to install my firewall and failed due to an unknown driver problem. Another senior tech is suppose to email me again, to try again. Meanwhile, I am left unprotected with my computer with an uninstalled antivirus protection and firewall.The situation appears worse now. I need to use my computer for banking, etc and need protection. Is there any way your senior tech can look at this problem and try to resolve it? This is my first time using AVG and I don't know what to think since we have run into such problems. Previously, I had no issues with antivirus, firewall protection with another company.
