Installing AVG Free Antivirus to D drive, not C drive

Thank you for reaching AVG Community Support.
We understand your concern regarding installing the program on your D drive. Unfortunately it is not possible to install AVG Antivirus Free or AVG Internet Security on D Drive the reason is that the AVG executable files has to be registered with the windows operating system files in order for the program to work effectively. We will surely take this as a feedback and make it into consideration and work on the features on upcoming days. 
We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

I would like to install this program on my D drive, not my C drive.  My C drive is currently close to full and I need to free up space.  I tried to uninstall the program and reinstall it using 'customize' option and it did not give me an option on where to install the program. Please advise.  thank you
