There is no folder AVG Protection but a folder AVG with diffrent folders in there. Please see attachment

Thank you for your replay. First, yes I tried to install the trial version of AVG Internet Security Program without success. I also uninstalled everything from AVG. With Windows and AVG Remover. The AVG Remover just see the AVG ZEN and will uninstall that. After uninstalling AVG Zen there is still a AVG folder in Programms with the sub folder 'AntiVirus'. I can not delete this folder or even rename it. If I reinstall the AVG Protection Free 1606 I'll end up there where I'm now. Zen is working but no security. See screen shot from ZEN.
Even if I want to install the Internet Security it is not working.

Please share a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of your installed programs list showing list of AVG programs and your Zen interface to assist you further.

Even if I want to install the Internet Security it is not working.
I installed with success the AVG ZEN witch came with the download AVG Protection Free 1606. That worked perfectly. Zen is running on Windows PC.
As soon as I open the Zen I can see my desktop pc an 4 big buttons for Internet Security, PC Tuneup, HMA VPN and web tune up.
I tried to install Internet Security, it is downloading and installing but than Zen window is closing an reopening and it looks like before. Nothing is green or something like that. I can do that several times with the same result. I uninstalled it with and/or without AVG remover… Same effect… Can anyone help me?

Could you please let us know if you are trying to install trial version of AVG Internet Security program?
If so, you need to uninstall all the traces of AVG Antivirus free 2017 version before installing AVG Internet Security.
