Stan, Did you download & run the Norton [Symantec] full removal tool?.

I was in the process of installing AVG Internet Security 2017 on my lap top when I realised that my Norton Security was still on my machine with a day or two before expiry. I decided to uninstal the Norton but the computer had to be restarted and I have been unable to get back to complete the installation of the AVG
