We're happy to help.
We suggest you change the settings to install 3rd party applications. 
1, Open Settings > Apps.
2,  Click Apps & features.
3, Under Installing apps, select 'Allow apps from anywhere' or Turn off app recommendations (options vary by Windows version).

You can change the settings once you installed the AVG program.

When I try to install Internet Security on my PC, Microsoft classifies the app as not Microsoft verified and won't install.
I am concerned that changing my settings may create some vulnerability. Any suggestions?

Are you receiving any messages while trying to open AVG AntiTrack?
If you'd like to get AVG Ultimate, we'll combine your existing AVG AntiTrack, AVG Internet Security and AVG Secure VPN into AVG Ultimate. So, the remaining validity will be added with AVG Ultimate.

Thanks.
Have now installed Internet Security.
After restarting PC,  Anti Track is requiring a restart but is not loading after 10 min…

I have AntiTrack, Internet Security and VPN individual subscriptions with different subscription dates. If I renew with AVG Ultimate when first subscription expires, can I get rebate on remaining life of other individual subscriptions.
