Hi Malcolm,
Upon checking your account I see that you have purchased  AVG Protection and AVG Internet security. Please be informed that AVG Protection and AVG Internet security are same products with same features but only difference is AVG Protection has AVG Zen app. The reason you are getting incompatibility error while downloading AVG Internet security is you already have AVG Protection installed.

I have just upgraded to AVG Internet Security but I can't install it because I get a message saying that I already have an AVG product that is incompatible. So how do I install the premium product that I have just paid for?
