Hello. I have been using AVG free for a time & I am trying to install the 12 month security protection, AVG have sent me the confirmation e-mail explaining how to install but my dashboard does not have the connect button on the top right of the dashboard. Also AVG tune-up are asking me for a license number which I thought I would not need. At the moment my dashboard is saying all protection is disabled. Do I need to uninstall my previous versions of AVG. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you, Derek.
