I have used AVG Free for years…then I kept getting these messages that said I was not protected. I saw no alternative but to pay for the Anti-Virus, and then after I had entered my credit card info and everything THEN it gave me the option to "Downgrade" What is going on?
Even after that I thought the whole experience of downloading it and updating extremely confusing.
It was so simple before!
