Hello Leanne,
You might have already installed AVG PC TuneUp on your computer, which is why you're receiving incompatible error message. Please go to Control panel > program and features, look for the AVG PC TuneUp, if it's there then please uninstall the existing AVG PC TuneUp.
After that, please follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG PC TuneUp. Keep us informed about the status.

Hi there,

I currently have AVG internet security installed on my computer. I tried now to download my AVG PC Tune up now (I have paid for subscription renewal etc.) and it is saying to me that it cannot be installed as I already have an AVG product on my computer that is incompatible with the one I am trying to install? Help please
