Please let us know from where you've downloaded/installed TuneUp. Is it from AVG account (online portal) or  AVG software (subscription section).
Also, share us the screeenshot of the error message that you receive while installing.

I get an error (0xC0070643) when i try to install AVG PC TuneUp. Please help!
