Hello David. When you run the installer of AVG and if you receive the message as "are you sure you want to uninstall" then it means that your AVG program is already installed in your computer. So I request you to see in your desktop screen for any light blue color icon named as AVG PC TuneUp 2015?
have just bought Tuneup, tried following instructions to install. Downloaded as instructed, then "run", then meant to see installation instructions. instead I get a window asking me "r u sure u want 2 UNINSTALL this prog, and tells all the disadvantages of doing so. I click NO, and then screen goes blank!. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
