Installing AVG Performance multidevice (1 year subscription)

Hello Marian,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking with your account we have confirmed that your account has been registered with AVG Internet security and AVG performance. If you have installed AVG Protection free let we first try to remove that from your system using AVG remover tool. Please follow below mentioned steps to resolve this issue.
We would request you to remove all installed AVG Programs from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Internet Security followed by AVG performance.
Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs means please try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled from your system,try to follow the simple steps which mentioned below.

1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link:  http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.

I bought AVG Performance multidevice. When I try to install it I am asked to remove my AVG protection, because they want to install the free protection version (!). What is the matter? How can I install the performance device?

Thanks fot your answer. I have not removed my AVG protection, that seemed not wise.
So what must I to do to instell the new perfomance device?
